What is the difference between a fetus at 30 weeks development and a premature Baby born at 30 weeks?

Other than the fact that aborting the 30 week old fetus is legal and killing the premature baby at 30 weeks isn’t?
I would like to believe that there is a difference, since one is hailed as a victory for women’s rights and the other is murder.

One is inside while the other is outside. Other than that, there is no difference. Is there a point to this question? Did you really think there was a difference?

I realize my response seems harsh. The point is that this shouldn’t be a question. It’s like asking whether or not a living person breathes. It shouldn’t be up for discussion.
