How can I donate hand made Baby items to other countries?

I enjoy making crocheted items such as baby hats, blankets, bibs, etc. and I would like to know how to donate them to the less fortunate in other countries. Specifically orphanages, hospitals and shelters. I am currently making large batches of these items so that many could be sent at one time. How could I go about trying to send these and would what I need to do? How do I know to which organizations to donate? Thanks

Check out the religious tv channels. There are groups who ask for donations. Meanwhile, you could donate your handmade items to “boarder babies” in our local hospitals who are left by their mothers and are waiting to go into foster care. They need love and attention, too.
