How can I chose the right Baby sitter?
this is my first baby and I dont know what to look for in a sitter to be sure its the right one. ladies please give me some insights from your experties.thank you
oh this is always a tough one. here’s what i did. i put out an add that i wanted a babysitter. then before i deciding i had them babysit while i was home, just in another room. i wanted to make sure my daughter would do ok with the babysitter and vice versa. it took a couple tries before we found someone who worked. and we tried each person for the same amount of time for the same amount of days. and yes we did still the pay the person. because i was in the other room and left the babysitter in charge of everything. plus doing it this way allows you watch how they interact. and can help you decide if this is a person you want around your baby.
