How do I name a Baby boy and make everyone in the family happy?

I’m having a baby boy in Nov. My husband wants to name the baby something different (like you wouldn’t hear it every day) My father wants his grandson to have a strong “traditional” name. Any name I come up with is thrown away by one or the other…some times both. I’m at a blank. Can someone help with a nice masculine but different boy name?
When I say Traditional I mean like William, and Jason. Every day names, not bad names just simple everyday names.

You could pick an uncommon first name and traditional middle name. Or a traditional name which is uncommon these days.
